1. ORDERING FROM US
1.1 You agree to place an order with us when you purchase either via our website or by telephone. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
1.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we’re unable to fulfill your order.
2.1 All prices include GST (where applicable) at the current rates.
2.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
2.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
Need to return something?… Items found to be unsuitable can be returned within 7 days. Discounted, on sale or reduced items are eligible for exchange only within 7 days. Please see return instructions below, and read our full returns policy.
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange.
We can then answer any questions you may have, and confirm your return date.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Please ensure any returned goods are sent via a tracked courier or delivery company, as we are not able .
We will send a confirmation of its arrival via email once your return or exchange has been processed. Refunds are processed via same payment method.

4. DAMAGES AND CLAIMS
Please inspect your items when receiving, before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has been found, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. Marigold Lane cannot help with any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery, as once it is checked and leaves our warehouse, damage by the delivery company is beyond our control. All items are inspected before dispatch. If your product through web sales has a fault that is not a result of delivery then we can return it, or exchange for a new one.
5. SERVICE ACCESS
5.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
5.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

9. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU
When you visit, register or order products or services on www.marigold-land.com you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details and credit or debit card information. We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from messages you post to the website and e-mails or letters you send to us. To maintain customer service standards and to assist staff training, we may record and monitor incoming calls.
11. DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are processed from our Auckland warehouse. We aim to get these away typically on the same day or the next working day, however, during some periods this may take up to 5 – 10 working days or more especially if coming from our International warehouse. All products are sent via a courier and has a tracking number. If we need to get an item from our International vendors there may be slight delays. If we cannot source any items for your order we will notify you asap – and as our website is run from stock numbers we cannot be responsible if an item is sold out prior to your order delivery. All items are inspected before delivery and once items are dispatched any damages during delivery are outside of our control.
